HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERY IN THE BOTTOM EDGE TRANSMITTER

BEFORE YOU START:

Position the door curtain at a suitable height where you can access the bottom edge transmitter easily e.g. open half way.

You will need;

A small Philips screwdriver 

2 X 3.6v AA Batteries

How to change the batteries in the bottom edge transmitter of a Euroll UK Roller Garage Door

1. Remove the six screws on the cover panel of the bottom edge transmitter. Put them somewhere safe as you will need them when you put the cover back on.

2. Lift off the cover and remove the existing two batteries.

3. Replace with two new batteries making sure you have positioned the + and – in the correct end.

4. Put the cover back on carefully and ensure that the wires inside are safely tucked in away from the fixing points to ensure you do not damage the wiring.

5. Put the screws back in and tighten (but do not over tighten).

6. Leave the door for 2 minutes to allow the control panel to update.

7. Using the control panel or remote control, open the door fully, then close the door fully.

HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERY IN a remote control/hand transmitter/key fob

BEFORE YOU START:

You will need;

A very small Philips/cross-head screwdriver and a small flat edge screwdriver.

1 X  CR2032 Lithium 3v Battery

How to change the battery in the remote control (also called a hand transmitter or key fob) of a Euroll UK Roller Garage Door

1. Remove the screw on the back of the key fob.  Put it somewhere safe as you will need it when you put the cover back on.

2. Lift off the cover and carefully remove the existing battery by sliding it up.

3. Replace with a new battery.

4. Put the cover/casing back on carefully and insert the screw and tighten.
